Quality Guarantee At Royal Print AI, we want you to be fully satisfied with the quality of your orders. If you are not satisfied with the quality of a product, please contact us within 30 days of receiving the item, and we will investigate the issue to find a suitable resolution.

If our quality assurance team validates your claim, we will promptly send a complimentary replacement order to your customer. Our priority is ensuring your customers are happy with their orders.

If a replacement order is not feasible, or your customers cannot wait for a new order, please let us know when you reach out, and we will issue a refund.

Color Consistency We use the same print machines, paper types, and production processes to minimize color variations. However, printing is a chemical process, and 100% consistency cannot be guaranteed. Factors that influence color consistency include:

  • Machine type

  • Machine settings

  • Paper type

  • Humidity in the production environment

  • Cleaning frequency of the printing machine

Color variations caused by these factors fall within acceptable tolerance levels and are not covered under our quality guarantee.

Defective or Damaged Products If you or your customer receive a defective or damaged product due to a manufacturing or shipping issue, we will cover the cost of a replacement order. This includes:

  • Damage to the delivered products

  • Errors in the quantity or type of delivered products

  • Issues affecting the overall quality of the delivered product

Return Policy Since all our products are personalized and made to order, we do not accept returns or provide a return address unless there is an issue with quality., we do not accept returns or provide a return address. If a customer wishes to place a new order, they will be responsible for the cost of the new order.

Lost Orders If an order is lost in transit, please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. We will send a replacement order at no additional cost.

Returned to Sender If an order is returned to the sender, please place a new order within 30 days of the estimated delivery date and contact us. We will refund the product price for the new order, but shipping costs will still apply.

Orders may be returned for the following reasons:

  • Wrong Address: If an insufficient or incorrect address is provided, the shipment will be returned and safely disposed of. Customers will be responsible for resubmitting a new order with the correct address.

  • Rejected by Recipient: If the recipient refuses the delivery, the shipment will be returned and disposed of. Customers must place a new order if they wish to resend the item.

  • Unclaimed Shipments: If the recipient does not claim the package from the local carrier or post office, the shipment may be returned to the sender. Customers can place a new order, and we will refund the product price for the new order (shipping costs will still apply).
